The servicecenter is located in the terminal before entering security.

The Servicecenter is the airport information desk. Here you can keep keys, luggage and other small items. You can receive information about flight traffic, bus tickets etc. Global Blue Tax Free forms are also refunded at the Servicecenter.  

Lost items/hand luggage

TORP Servicecenter keeps all items and hand luggage found at the airport and on board all airlines flying in to TORP Sandefjord airport. All items found at TORP are registered and made available within 24 hours on the online Lost & Found platform MissingX. The site is updated regularly. Click here to search for lost and found on MissingX.

Missing checked-in baggage

Report your missing baggage immediately at the Arrival Service desk located in the check in area. You can also report directly to our baggage team at bags.wgh.no/support. However, it’s the airlines that keeps best track of your luggage, so it might be  good idea to check out their sites first

Tax refund

Global Blue tax free forms are refunded at the Servicecenter, located before entering the security control. Out of opening hours of the servicecenter, return the form to the security control.

An Airshell protects your stroller, bike, your skis or other valuable items on your flight, so you can relax from start to finish. Rent your airshell online and pick it up at the TORP servicecenter.
